A Thursday with all 6 Games?Delvets - 12, RC Dupont Post 18 - 5: Connor Mchugh (Delvets) and Nolan Magee (RC) were in a 2-2 pitching duel through 4 innings.Delvets than exploded for 4 in the 6th and than 6 in the 7th off the RC bullpen. Jarad Carney came in in the 5th for Delvets and pitched the final 3 innings for the win. Kevin Czacharowski had 3 hits for Delvets while Jarad Carney, Dave Mastro, Collin Cassidy, and James Baczkowski all had 2 hits for Delvets.
Fox Post 2 - 11, Post 6 Patriots - 2: The Patriot bats came alive in the top of the first, scoring 2 runs on 2 hits off Post 2's Danny Gatto. But that was the last time any Patriots crossed the plate as Gatto struck out 10 and allowed only 1 more Patriot hit as Post 2 cruised to a 9 run win at home.
Chris Cutsail tripled for the Patriots but was stranded, Derrick Parker also tripled for Post 2.
Post 28 Warriors 9, Post 3 Milford Red Sox - 6 (8): Game was tied until Post 28 blew it open in the 8th inning.
Durney 10, Post 1 - 7: Durney Post batted around plus two in the first inning scoring 6 runs, Nick Tiberi, Rob Courtney and Sam Manelski all had two baggers. Rob Courtney went 3 for 3 with a walk and a 2nd inning triple. Sam Manelski went 3 for 4 with two doubles and collected 3 rbi's for the night. Ty Hawthorn scored 3 times, he and Nick Tiberi both hit rbi doubles.
Post 1 kept chipping away at the led and drew within three after Tommy
Crist hit a two run homer in the top half of the sixth. Ty Hawthorn came in in
the seventh to close out the win for Matt Joyce.
Newark Post 10 - 9, VFW erwo - 2: Starting pitcher for Post 10 Jordan Oncay had 5 strikeouts. Starting pitcher for VFW Dennis Massari had 8 strikeouts. Pete Broehl hit a 2 run homer and Jordan Oncay added a 3 run shot. Billy Kidd had a solo HR for VFW.
Tuesday - a 10 run Rule Night?Maybe the "boys" are just rusty from all these rainouts, but the first two scores in this Tuesday are 10 run rule games, with a few more high scores to round out the night...:
Post 28 Sussex East Warriors - 14, Post 6 Patriots - 1: Post 6's Corey Hearn only allowed 2 hits, but gave up 8 walks in a game where Post 28 kept running until they had 7 runs in the top of the 5th inning.
Sean Lewis and Peter Ott doubled for Post 28, Spencer Coulbourne doubled for Post 6. Tyler Dean and D.J. Long had 3 RBIs each in the game.
Post 25 Middletown Firehawks - 11, R.C. DuPont Post 18 Aviators - 0: The Firehawks handed R.C. DuPont their first loss of the season as Brad Alexander pitched a four-hit shutout, while Post 25’s offense produced 11 runs to finish the game in five innings. Zach Durham hit a triple, had three RBI’s, and scored three times for Post 25.

Stahl Post 30 - 7, DE Post 1 - 1: Dan Geyeski pitched a 1 hitter with 9 K's. Gabe DeAscanis had a 2 RBI double. Dave Toribio had 2 hits with 2 RBI's.
Delvets Post 1 - 9, VFW 3420 - 1: Delvets bats finally came alive. Mike Reardon pitched a complete game for Delvets to pick up the win. Connor Mchugh led the Delvets offense going 2-3 with a double. Jimmy Vachris and Dave Mastro also had double for Delvets. Matt Domian added 2 hits. Dennis Masari had 2 hits for Vfw including a double and triple.
Durney Post 27 - 13, Newark Post 10 - 8: Nick Tiberi led Durney Post to its first win scoring three times and driving in four runners. Sam Goines also scored three times going 4 for 5 at the plate. Rob Courtney broke open a tight game in the home half of the fourth inning with a bases loaded triple, adding a double in the sixth. Ty Hawthorn and Kyle Maloney added two hits apiece. Newark's DJ Woods went 4 for 5 scoring two times.
Dan Tiberi allowed six hits in getting the win, and Angelo Rodriguez came on in the sixth to finish the game.
Post 25 Middletown - 6, Durney Post 27 - 3: Post 25 scored four runs in the first inning, and retained the lead throughout the game.
Ryan Haas pitched a strong five innings for Post 25, giving up only two hits and no earned runs, and also hit a triple. Brad Alexander batted in two runs for Post 25. Nick Tiberi scored two of Durney Post’s three runs, while Sam Manelski only allowed two earned runs over five innings.
DE Post 1 - 4, Delvets - 2: Game 2: Jason Powell pitched 6 strong innings allowing 2 runs on 7 hits while striking out 4. Alex Riley went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and a RBI. Rob Jones blasted a triple and drove in a run. Joe Tunell went 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI. Del Vet's Mike Reardon went 2 for 3 with a double and an RBI.
