Nanticoke Post #6

About Us

Nanticoke Post #6 is one of the older posts in the state chartered in 1926 and recently celebrated it’s 83rd year. This is just 8 years less than The American Legion Organization.

 

The historical marker pictured on the home page gives the founding history of the post.

 

Post #6 is also home to the Delaware 40&8 boxcar from France. This is one of a very few of those Gratitude Train boxcars in existence today.
