R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 9, Stahl Post 30 - 8 (6):
R.C. earns the top seed in a weather shortened game.

Wednesday, July 25th:

R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 7, DE Post 1 5: Delaware Post scored 4 in the first inning but RC fought back with 3 runs in the 4th and another 3 in the 5th behind Peligrino, Klusman and Nesmith. Billy Phillips came in for RC and pitched the 6th and 7th inning for the save. Doubles: RC – Donnely, Phillips   Post 1 – Calvarese Triple: RC – Phillips

Fox Post 2 - 5, Stahl Post 30 - 2: Fox Post scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 5th on 4 single and a Stahl Post error to go ahead 4 t0 2. Fox Post Luis Resh was 2 for4 and Kyle Mace had a key single in the 5th inning. Fox Post used 5 pitcher to hold Stahl Post to 5 hits and 2 runs.

Post 10 Generals - 6, Delvets - 3: The Post 10 Generals defeated Delvets Post 1 to finish their season series today with a 6 to 3 victory behind the pitching of Matt Downey with 4 hits and 9 K’s.

Andrew Roche went 2-3 with a double, homerun and rbi; Dante DeAscanis also went 2-3 and Matt Downey and Matt Armistead both were 2-4 for the Generals in the win. For Post 1 Gabe Ricci had a triple and Sean Deely responded with a double, as each scored a run.

Tuesday, July 24th:
R.C. DuPont at Stahl Post 30 postponed due to rain - make up Thursday if needed.

DE Post 1 5, Post 10 Generals - 3:

Middletown Post 25 - 5, Post 3 Milford - 1:
Middletown Post 25 Firehawks closed out the regular season with their 19th win. Armando Estrada gave up 1 run and 2 hits striking out 7 in 5 innings for the win. Kyle Spotts pitched 2 scoreless innings to preserve the win for Middletown. Estrada also went 2 for 3. McGinness doubled for Post 3 and Berry singled in their lone run.

Durney Post 27 -16, Delvets Post 1 - 12:
Continuation game from 7/3 - Durney Post scored 4  runs in the top of the 9th inning breaking a 12 to 12 tie. Matt Trincia got the win in relief.

Durney Post 27 - 6, Delvets Post 1 - 1: Zach Rumford went 2 for 3 with a 2 run HR,  and Tyler Hill also went 2 for 3 with a double and a solo HR. Adam Szczerba added a triple and a sac fly. Max Carney and Gabe Ricci had 2 hits each for Delvets.

Monday, July 23rd:
DE Post 1 - 11, Milford Post 3 - 1 (5):
Post 1 moves past Middletown in the rankings with a win over Milford Post 3.

Sunday, July 22nd:
Post 10 Generals - 6, Post 25 Firehawks - 3: The Post 10 Generals finished their season series against Middletown today with a 6 to 3 victory. The Firehawks allowed 6 runs in the 2nd inning, with The Generals' Brandon Murray and Andrew Roche pounding out 2 RBI doubles each, Nick Dooley adding a 3rd double and Matt Downey singling in 2 additional runs. 

Middletown started to come back in the 5th, as Chad Bell walked followed by a line drive single from Chris Moore. With 2 runners on, Jim Scully sacrificed with a deep fly ball to right field scoring the first run for Middletown. Later in the inning, Moore rounded the bases to score run number 2. 

Looking to close the gap Casey Parks drew a leadoff walk in the top of the 7th with Moore delivering to score Parks, but strong defense and quick thinking mixed with the Generals pairing of Matthew Downey on the mound and Drake Rivera behind the plate allowed the Generals to hang on for the win.

Downey secured his 2nd complete game win against the Firehawks allowing 2 hits and striking out 6 Middletown batters in today's appearance.

Durney Post 27 - 10, Milford Post 3 - 3: Durney strengthens its hold on the 7th seed with a win at Milford.

Durney jumped out to a 3 - 0 lead in the first when 4 of the first 5 batters had base hits. They added a run in the 2nd and 4 runs in the 3rd. Zach Rumford pitched for Durney Post and kept the Milford hitters off balance all game.  he finished with 3 ER, 5 hits, 4 BB, 9Ks.  CJ Baker hit a solo home run for Milford and Jesse Hobbs also hit a 3 run home run for Durney Post.

Saturday, July 21st:
Middletown Post 25 - 10, Delvets Post 1 - 1: Middletown Post #25 pitcher Kyle Spotts threw a complete game giving up only four hits and one run.

Middletown brought their bats up North and pounded out 5 runs in the first inning. Chad Bell and Ryan Mack each had Doubles and Connor Stevens added two hits for Post #25. Connor Simpson had a two hit game and Timmy Park and Matt Fullerton each had doubles for Del Vets starting pitcher Evan Moser had a rough start then settled in and pitched a strong 5 innings and was relieved by Matt Fullerton.

Fox Post 2 - 16, Durney Post 27 - 11:  Game1: Fox Post Two wins slug fest 16 to 11. For Fox Post Luis Resh 3 for 5, double, 2 rbis, Seth Brosius 3 for 4, 2 homeruns, 4 rbis, Michael Pool 3 for 4, homerun, 3 rbis, Kenny Anderson and Alex Cox both went 2 for 4.  Seth Brosius also was the winning pitcher giving up one unearned run in 3 innings.  For Post 27 Zachary Rumford was 3 for 3, and Tyler Hill was 2 for 4.

Fox Post 2 - 3, Durney Post 27 - 2: Game 2: Fox Post Two won the pitching duel between Matt Trincia and Seth Penniston. Seth Penniston picked up the win for Fox Post going 6 innings, giving up 5 hit and two earn runs. Kenny Anderson came in relief for Penniston with runner on first and second and no outs. Anderson held on to pick up the save.  Lius Resh, Kenny Anderson, Alex Cox all had two hits for Fox Post and Lee Killen went 3 for 3.   For Post 27 Adam Szczerba went 3 for 3.

Milford Post 3 - 3, Post 10 Generals - 2: Game 1 - A pitchers duel for game one, Cesar Vasquez pitched all 7 for Milford, striking out 7, and only giving up 5 hits.  A Owens and A Pugh split pitching duties game one for Post 10. 

After 2 scoreless innings, Milford struck first when Eric Jensen walked and Tony Halloran drove him in with a single.  The Generals tied it up at the bottom when D DeAscanis walked and M Downey drove him in with a single.  Milford added 2 more runs in the 5th with back to back singles from Tony Halloran and Jason Parker and  2RBI double from Cesar Vazquez.  Post 10 tied it up in their half of the 5th with a bunt base hit from DaAscanis, RBI single from A Roche and an RBI ground ball from M Downey.  Tanner King led off the 6th for Milford with a single and Jensen reached first on a fielders choice.  After advancing to second on a ground ball and a passed ball Jensen reached 3rd base.  With Halloran at the plate, Jensen scored the go ahead run on a designed play to steal home.  Cesar Vazquez and the Milford defense shut down the Generals offense for the next 2 innings.

Milford Post 3 - 6, Post 10 Generals - 2: Game 2 - T Hansen took the mound for Post 10 and shut down the first 3 Milford batters.  Cory McGinness pitched all 7 for Milford and only surrendered runs in the 4th and 5th, had 4 Ks and 6 hits. 

Milford scored their first run in the 2nd when Phil Berry singled and scored after consecutive hits from Cory McGinness and Tanner King.  Pugh scored for Post 10 in the 4th after he singled and was driven in by a double from Downey. 

Milford answered in the 5th when Tony Halloran and Jason Parker each had 2 out singles.  Tyler Kent then hit an RBI single to score Halloran.  Durney added a run also in the 5th when Murray was hit by a pitch and driven in by a single from Pugh.  Milford again answered in the 6th when Cesar Vazquez led off with a single/error to second base and advanced by a deep ball from Phillip Berry.  Cory McGinness scored Vazquez on an RBI single. 

In the 7th Milford wasn't finished, singles by Garrett McKee, Tony Halloran, Jason Parker, and RBI singles from Tyler Kent and Cory McGinness.
