Thursday, July 12th:
Stahl Post 30 - 7, Delvets Post 1 - 1:
Matt Gouge pitched a complete game for the win. DeVante Parker and Logan Gilbert each had 2 RBI's, Parker had a double and a triple in the game
Extra Base hits - 2B - DV - Annone, Harris Stahl: Parker, Logan, Gilbert 3B - Parker

R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 6, Post 10 Generals - 4: Matt Shackleford struck out 9, while allowing 4 hits and 3 walks, but needed help in the 7th from Chuck Brooks who cut off the General's late game rally and earned the save. Brooks had a 3 run home run in the game, Jake Pelligrino and Beau Owens batted 2 for 3, Owens scored twice.
Middletown Post 25 - 2, Fox Post 2 - 0: Quincy Waite went 2 for 3 driving in both Middletown's runs with a double, and that was all that Stan Zulkowski needed pitching a 2 hit shut out striking out nine. Cox and Pool had the 2 lone singles for Fox Post.

DE Post 1 - 14, Durney Post 27 - 4 (5): Post 1's Evan Hughes, hit two doubles and Mike Calvarse went 2 for 3 with a double and scoring twice. Pete Grasso and Zach Figliola added two hits. Adrian Chinnery added a single and also scored three runs. Durney's Devin Filliban went 2 for 2 with a triple, double and a sac fly. Jake Bartlett , Adam Szczerba, and Lou Costanzo added two hits each.

Tuesday, July 10th:
R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 11, Delvets Post 1 - 8:
RC led the game in the first inning on Greg Rosticks 2 run home run. Del Vets came back to take the lead 3 -2 at the end of the first inning.

It was a back and forth game for there with solid defense from both teams. RC was led by the Klusman brothers with J Klusman 3 hits and brother D Klusman had double with 3 rbi’s. Charles Brooks also had 3 hits and two rbi’s.

Del Vets offense was led by Max Carney and Johnny Harris with each having 3 hits. Davis Jones and Michael Annone each had two hits. Gabe Ricci had a triple for Del Vets

Post 10 Newark - 10, Durney Post 27 - 7:

Stahl Post 30 - 7, DE Post 1 - 2:

Post 3 Milford 4, Post 6 Patriots 3:
Post 3 Milford scored 2 runs in the bottom of the seventh to come back and beat the Post 6 Patriots in Milford Tuesday.

Milford scored first putting up 2 runs off Post 6 starter Tyler Absher Milford used 2 singles, and error and a sacrifice fly to take a 2 run lead. The Patriots came back on singles from Nick Cooper and Jason Owens followed by an RBI double from Kegan Yossick. Matt King then stroked a 2 RBI single and the Patriots led 3-2.

In the bottom of the seventh, Post 3's Eric Belile led off with a double and reached 3rd on a wild pitch. With one out, Garrett McKee bunted Belile in for the tying run. McKee scored the game winner on George Michael's RBI single to right.

Tyler Absher pitched a strong 5 innings, allowing 2 runs, one unearned on 2 hits with 5 strikeouts, but George Michael got the win in relief, scattering 4 hits and striking out 3 in 3 1/3 innings of relief.

Monday, July 9th:
Post 25 Middletown - 13, R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 3:
R.C. takes a thumping at the hands of middletowns powerful offense.  Middletown strung together 9 hits including homeruns by Tunell and Scully. Torres took the win throwing 4 runs and giving up 3 runs. For R.C. Greg Rostick was 2-2 with two doubles.

Fox Post 2 - 7, Post 6 Patriots - 1: An first inning outfield error with 2 outs and the score 2-0 eventually allowed Fox Post 2 to score 4 more unearned runs to take a 6-0 lead in the first inning off Post 6 starter Kegan Yossick.

Bruce Mosley came in with a strong relief effort, but Post 2's Dan Riecks was throwing an 8 strikeout, 3 hitter and limited the Pats to just 1 run. Riecks also batted 2 for 3 with 2 RBI's. Post 2's Dakota Graham batted 1 for 3, with 2 runs scored and another 2 RBI's.

Mosley 5 hit Fox Post 2, allowing just one unearned run in the 4th for 5 1/3 innings of work.

Sunday, July 8th:
Post 25 Middletown 7, DE Post 1 - 3:
Casey Parks went 2 for 3 and Mike Torres went 2 for 2 for Middletown. Galati  and Calvarese both went 2 for 3 for Delaware Post 1.  Winning Pitcher Blair Tunell. Losing Pitcher Cooney.

Post 6 Patriots - 5, Durney Post 27 - 4: With game time temperatures close to 100 degrees, Post 6's Tyler Absher scattered 6 hits and threw 3 strikouts, while Jason Owens batted 2 for 4 with 3 RBI's as the Patriots beat Durney Post 27 in the bottom of the 7th inning Sunday.

Alex Brittingham pitched 6 strong innings, striking out 5 and allowing 4 runs on 7 hits, but left the game after 6 innings with the game tied 4-4. In the bottom of the 7th, Patriots Jordan Stanley led of with his second single in the game, and took second on a pick off attempt missed by the first baseman. One batter later, Owens hit a soft line drive into center that dropped in for his second hit and was misjudged by Durney's fielder allowing the speedy Stanley to take third and then score. It was Owens' second walkoff RBI single this season and gave him 3 RBI's in the game.

Durney turned two double plays, including Devin Filliban's unassisted DP in the first inning.

Both Post 3 Milford and Post 28 Warriors forfeited their games due to lack of players.

Saturday, July 7th:
Middletown Post 25 -11, Delvets Post 1 - 1 (6)

Game 1:
Delaware Post 1 - 8, Milford - 0 : In a game played at Wesley College Reed Field, Kain Johnson took the mound for Milford to start the game.  After retiring the 1st batter, Delaware Post 1's Dan Galati reached first on an error followed by a base hit from Adrian Chinnery and a 2 RBI base hit from Greg Beran, and Delaware Post 1 led 2 - 0. 

Post 1's pitcher, Chris Bedwell held Milford to no runs and 4 hits on the day. Post 1 added 2 runs in the 2nd until Milford's defense held with a double play fly out to right fielder, Tony Halloran who threw out RJ Donovan who attempted to score from 3rd, and a sharp hit ball to pitcher Kain Johnson for the final out.  Post 1 added runs in the 4th, 5th, and 2 in the 6th inning.  Post one had 7 hits and Milford committed 7 errors.  Cory McGinnes pitched the final 3 innings for Milford.

Game 2: Milford - 7, Delaware Post 1 -
2:  Cesar Vazquez started on the mound for Milford and retired the first 3 batters in quick fashion.  In the bottom half of the 1st, Tyler Kent set the tone with a lead off single to the right center gap.  Followed up by a double from CJ Baker, 2 RBI single from Georgie Michael, then Vasquez reached first on a sharp hit to SS, and an RBI single from Tony Halloran, Milford was up 4 - 0.

Milford added runs in the 2nd, 5th, and 6th innings.  Vazquez pitched 4 innings only surrendering 1 earned run and 2 hits.  Georgie Michael shut out Post 1 in the final 3 innings with 3 Ks and only giving up 1 hit.  For Post ,1 Kenny Ciccoli admirably pitched the full game in the 100+ degree heat.

Game 1: Stahl Post 30 - 7, Fox Post 2 - 6 - :  Brandon Dooley pitched a scoreless 7th inning for the win while Derrick May scored the winning run in the bottom of the 7th  Doubles - Dover - Pool (2) and Brosius for Stahl - Donovan May
HR - Stahl - Funderbuck (2-run)

Game 2: Stahl Post 30 - 8, Fox Post 2 - 0 - : Chad Bradford and Donovan May each had 2 RBI's while Tyler Newton thru a 4 hit shutout with 10 K's

Doubles: Dover - Graham  Stahl - Mike Melancon, Derrick May and Chad Bradford
