Thursday, June 21st:
Stahl Post 30 - 7, DE Post 1 - 4:
DeVante Parker got the win with 6K's and Tyler Newton came in the 6th to get the save. Derrick May, Chad Bradford and Lance Gilbert had 2 RBI's for Stahl Post and May recored 2 triples in the game.

Extra base hits: Doubles: Post 1: Behran, Cavarese Stahl: Funderbuck, Gilbert

R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 6, Delvets Post 1 - 4:
Nick True threw 5 innings to take the win giving up 3 runs and striking out four while walking 4 and giving up 3 hits. Chuck Brooks came in to get the save throwing two inning giving up one run on two hits and 2 strikeouts. 

R.C. scored 3 in the first 2 on Greg Rosticks double. Jack Donnelly then drove in Rostick with a single.  R.C. was then shut down by Sheehan of Delvets who pitched 5 innings, striking out 3 and giving up 5 hits. Del vets offense was led by Mike Annone and Sean Deely who both had two singles.

Durney Post 27 - 3, Post 10 Generals - 2:
Durney's  Keith Kubec settled in after giving up a first inning  solo HR to the generals shortstop Downey who had 2 hits for the night. Keith scattering 6 hits and only gave up another run in the sixth inning he had 8 strike outs for the game. The generals D'Ascanis also had 2 hits including a double.

 In the bottom of the seventh inning Dave Cunningham led off with a pinch hit single and was moved to second on a sac bunt by Johnathan Tavaras and with two outs Lou Costanzo reached  on a error which  scored Cunningham. Adam Szczerba had 2 hits for Durney including a double.

Post 3 Milford - 5, Post 6 Patriots - 2: Milford took advantage of 3 Post 6 errors and C.J. Baker's two doubles to beat Post 6 in Seaford Thursday.

Both Baker and teammate Kain Johnson batted 3 for 4 and scored twice. Johnson also tallied 2 RBI's in the game. Meanwhile Post 3 Pitcher Cory McGinniss scattered 6 hits, and struck out 3, with Post 6 only scoring 2 runs in the 4th to tie the game.But McGinniss, helped by C.J. Baker's relief appearance in the 7th, got the win for Milford.

The Patriots did load the bases with 2 outs in the bottom of the 7th but Baker got Cole Schaffner to hit the ball back to the pitcher who threw to first for the final out. Kyle Mister also doubled for the Pats and scored one of their 2 runs.

Post 28 at Middletown Post 25 was postponed.

Tuesday, June 19th:
Stahl Post 30 - 3, R.C. DuPont 2:
A great game played at Wilson Field, Stahl wins the pitchers duel. Stahl's Funderbuck threw 7 innings and had 8 Ks giving up 3 walks and 5 hits while allowing two earned runs. The offense for Stahl  was all provided in the 5th inning.

Stahl put together 5 straight hits with Don May, Funderbuck and Dan Lenior scoring the runs. Lenior scored the go ahead run on Newton's double.  For R.C., Matt  took the tough luck loss throwing 7 innings walking none striking out 4. Greg Rostick was 1-1 with a single and 2 walks. Jake Pellegrino was 1-2 with a walk.

DE Post 1 - 10, Post 10 Generals - 8:
Post 1 took an early lead 7-2, and held it through 5 innings.  The Generals, made a run in the sixth, scoring 6 runs behind Bautista's homerun to take an 8-7 lead.  However P1 added 3 more run in the 7th to win the game 10-8.
Doubles in the game:  P10  - Coburn(rbi), Johnson(2 rbi),  P1 - Hughes(rbi), Chinnery(2 rbi), Donaldson(2 rbi)

Middletown Post 25 - 3, Post 3 Milford - 0:
Stan Zulkowski gave up 2 hits and struck out 7 for Middletown in 6 innings. Ryan DeShaies got the save for Middletown. Connor Stevens went 2 for 3 for Middletown. Belile and Baker each had a hit for Milford. Winning Pitcher Zulkowski, Losing Pitcher Johson.

Fox Post 2 - 8, Post 28 Warriors - 6: Post 28 led 4 to 0 after 3 inning but Fox Post scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 4th on a single by Kenny Anderson and 2 run double by Luis Resh to tie the game at 4 to 4. 

Post 28 took back the lead and after 5 inning the score was 6 to 5.  In the bottom of the 6th with two outs and the bases loaded Michael Pool hit one off the right field wall to clear the bases and give Fox Post a 8 to 6 lead.  Dan Riecks pitched a complete game, with 4k's for the win.

Post 28  Doubles by Bennett/Marsch/McCroy Fox Post  Double from  Luis Resh, Michael Pool Tripled.

Delvets Post 1 - 8, Durney Post 27 - 6: Delvets came out swinging with a 5-0 lead through 3 innings propelled by a first inning homer by Sean Deely.

Durney fought back to take the lead scoring 6 runs in the 5th inning off of 5 hits and a passed ball.

In the top of the 7th Mike Annone led off with a single Jon Harris moved him over with a sac bunt. Then Durney decided to intentionally walk Sean Deely. Durney made a pitching change bringing in Kubec and he got  Timmy Parks to  ground into a fielders choice but his hustle kept it from being a game ending double play. With runners on 1st and 3rd the first pitch to Max Carney was a passed ball scoring Annone with the tying run and moving Parks to 2nd. Carney then reached on an infield single. Connor Simpson then lined a double to left center plating both Parks and Carney with the winning runs.

Sean Deely came in and pitched a perfect bottom of the 7th to pick up the save. Offensively for Durney Kubec had 2 hits and an RBI, and Cunningham 2 hits Delvets was led by Mike Annone 2 hits 1 run scored, Sean Deely 3-3 with a double, homer, 3 RBI's, and 2 runs scored, Timmy Parks a double and 2 runs scored, Max Carney 3-4, RBI, and Run scored and Connor Simpson 2 hits including a double, and 3 RBI's.

Monday, June 18th:
Fox Post 2 - 4, Durney Post 27 - 2:
Seth Penniston winning pitcher for Fox Post Two giving up two runs on 5 hits. Kyle Mace went 2 for4 with a double and Seth Brosius had a two run Homerun in the thrid inning to led Fox Post to the win. Zach Rumford scored the two runs for Post 27.

R.C. DuPont 5, Middletown Post 25 - 1: RC's Joe Klusman threw a complete game with 5 strike outs giving up three hits. Middletown's K. Spotts gave up 5 runs in 5 innings but pitched well. Beau Owens, Ryan Keffer and Greg Rostick all batted 1 for 3 with a run scored for R.C..

Sunday, June 17th:
Post 10 Generals - 7, Post 3 Milford - 2:
Generals pitcher Pugh threw 5 shutout innings and only surrendered 1 hit. Tyler Kent started on the mound for Milford and early inning walks, a couple crucial errors and a few solid hits gave the Generals a 5 - 0 lead after the second inning.  

Milford tried to rally in the 6th inning but the Generals defense held, only giving up 2 runs.  Cory McGinness took the mound for Milford in the 3rd and pitched strong only giving up 1 earned run in the 7th.
Milford:  Cody Lahman 1 hit and 1 run

Stahl Post 30 - 8, Post 28 Warriors - 4:
Post 28 came back in the game, after being down 7-0 early.

DE Post 1 - 7, Post 6 Patriots - 2: Post 6's Jordan Stanley led off the game with  a 350 foot home run over the right field fence, but that was all the scoring the Patriots could muster until the end of the 7th inning.

In between, Post 1 pitcher Ryan Donnely threw 4 shutout innings, with 6 strikeouts, to get the win. He was relieved in the 6th inning by Jake Paraskiewicz who gave up 3 hits and 4 walks but only allowed one run. Post 1's infield also turned two double plays during the game.

Matt King doubled in Jamil Moore for the 2nd Patriot run, but the bases loaded and 2 outs, Nick Cooper grounded out to third for the final out.

Justin Casanova, Adrian Chinnery, and Mike Donaldson doubled for Post 1. Chinnery batted 3 for 4 with 2 RBI's, Casanova also finished the game with 2 RBI's for Post 1.

Saturday, June 16th:

R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 6, Post 3 Milford - 5: Milford: Solid pitching performance, 7th inning hit by Keffer and Klusman (RC Dupont), 2 walks and an error allowed RC to capture the victory. Owens pitched 4 2/3, Donnelly in relief pitched 3 1/3 not allowing any runs for Post 18

R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 6, Post 3 Milford - 1: 
True threw well for RC Dupont and Milford was held to only 2 hits

Post 6 Patriots - 14, Delvets Post 1 - 9:
Post  6 Offense was led by Jordan Stanley with 3 hits and 4 runs scored, Nick Cooper 2 hits, a double and 2 runs scored, and Matt King who had 1 hit and 3 runs scored. Delvets was led by Jon Harris with 2 hits, Mike Annone with 3 hits and 2 RBI's, and Gabe Ricci  hits including a double. Schaffner (P6), Cooper (P6), Annone (DV), Deely (DV), also doubled in the game.

Delvets Post 1 - 19, Post 6 Patriots - 8 (5):
Post 6 scored a quick 4 runs in the first but Delvets battled back with 10 in the bottom half and held on to win in 5 innings.

Centerfielders Jordan Stanley (Post 6), Gabe Ricci (Delvets), and Jon Harris (Delvets) put on a defensive clinic playing "anything you can do, I can do better" with great catches out there.

Offensivly Post 6 was led by Cole Schaffner with a triple and Nick Amodei with a double. Delvets was led by Mike Annone 3 runs scored a hit and 2 RBI's, Jon Harris 2 hits, and 3 runs scored, Sean Deely 3 Hits including a triple, 5 RBI's , and 2 runs scored, Max Carney 2 Hits, 2 RBI's and 4 runs scored, and Brannon Mchugh 2 hits including a double, 5 RBI's and a run scored. Michael Schell pitched a complete game to pick up the win.

DE Post 1 - 8, Post 28 Warriors - 7:
Looney pitched a strong 6 innings for Post 1 scattering 9 hits and 7 strike outs while Fabian McCray led Post 28 with another solid performance pitching 5 innings striking out 2.  Post 28 tied it in the 6th inning with 2 runs from John Bowers and Luke Czapp. Tied 7-7 in the 7th Calvarese scored the winning run for Post 1 off a Looney single. Ciccoli pitched a 1-2-3 7th inning to close out the win and earn a save. Aaron Bennett had 3 singles, 2 stolen bases and 1 rbi for Post 28.

DE Post 1 - 13, Post 28 Warriors - 0 (5): Bedwell pitched 5 scoreless innings for Post 1 giving up just 4 hits, striking out 3 while walking none. Post 28 pitching just couldn't hold up as Hughes has 2 doubles and chinnery had a single, 2 walks and scored a run on a wild pitch. Aaron Bennett had 2 singles for Post 28.

Post 25 Middletown - 6, Stahl Post 30 - 2:
Armando Estrada pitched a complete game giving up 1 earned run for the win.Middletown Post 25 exploded in the sixth inning with 6 runs on 7 hits. Steve Kossek lead the Firehawks hitting going 3 for 3. Lenoir and Melecon  went 2 for 3 for Stahl Post. Winning Pitcher Armando Estrada. Losing Pitcher Hainesworth.

Stahl Post 30 - 7, Post 25 Middletown - 1: Newton pitched a complete game giving up 1 run and 6 hits. Lenoir went 2 for 4 including a 2 run Home Run for Stahl Post. Chad Bell went 2 for 4 for Middletown Post 25. Middletown stranded 11 runners.Winning pitcher Newton, Losing pitcher Mike Torres.

Fox Post 2 - 11, Post 10 Generals - 0 (5): Post 10 Generals and Fox Post 2 traded slugfest today in a doubleheader.  Generals starting pitcher Adam Pugh held the game scoreless until the 4th inning when Fox Post hitters found their stride.  Pitching a complete game, Kevin O'Shea and the defense of Fox Post 2 held the Generals scoreless with Fox Post 2 taking the win 11 - 0. 

Post 10 Generals - 15, Fox Post 2 - 2 (5): Game 2 was a change of tide with the Generals finding a strong defense, solid plate appearances by the full line-up and effective pitching by Matt Downey.  Game ended in 5 innings with the Generals taking the win 15-2.
