Sussex West Post 6 - 10, Post 28 Warriors - 5: Post 6's Ryan McCulley (1-1) scattered 5 hits and pitched a complete game to even his record on the year, as the Post 6 Patriots (2-7, 1-4) batted around in the 5th inning to beat the Post 28 Warriors 10-5.
The Pats started in the hole, giving up 3 errors in the bottom of the first, allowing Post 28 to go up 2-0. Tirrel Davis singled in Aaron Bennet and Donald Collier to give the Warriors an early lead.
But the Pats struck back in the second, when McCulley picked up his first of 2 RBI's on the night. His 2nd RBI came in the 6 run fifth inning on a double that followed a 2 run single from Hunter Absher.
Both Absher and Casey Zitvogel batted 3 for 4 and also drove in 2 runs each. Zitvogel and McCulley also doubled for the Pats.
The Warriors staged a bit of a comeback in the seventh, as darkness was falling, a couple of hits and a Patriot error, followed by Jordan Rogers' double, combined to close the margin, but Wyatt Richardson grounded the ball to Shane Ivory who stepped on third for the final out of the game.
Post 28's Zach Moeser kept the Patriots off balance until the fifth inning, but took the loss. Jordan Rogers also doubled for the Warriors.
Spooner Post 17 - 10, Sussex West Post 6 - 7: Steve Bull and Jake Dimiterchick homered for Post 17, and Tyler Troyer homered twice, including a 4th Inning grand slam.
Dimiterchick also doubled along with Jared Boothman. He also drove in 3 runs. Troyer had 5 RBI's in the losing cause.
Mike Schlitter got the win in relief, Paul Elliot took the loss for Post 6.
Delvets 13, The Generals - 2: Mike Laplante pitched a complete game with 6 K's to pickup the win.
Delvets was led offensively by Kyle Menchaca who had 3 hits including 2 doubles and 2 hit games from Jarad Carney, Kevin Czacharowski, Josh Wooten, Greg Miraglia, and Connor McHugh.
The Generals were led by 2 hit efforts by Morris and Young.

Middletown Post 25 - 7, DE Post 1 - 1: Mike Mccek pitched a complete game for the win and Julius Ryland was 2-3 with 3 RBi’s to lead the Firehawks. Post 25 scored 5 runs in the first inning and never looked back. Dave Biederman was 2-3 for Post 1.
Fox Post 2 - 17, Post 28 Warriors - 1 (5): Tommy Dill was the winning pitcher giving up 3 hits, 1 earned run and had 7 K's in 5 inning. Fox Post had a total of 16 hits.
Zach Mawson had a homerun, Gary Jones was 2 for 3, Mitch Moore, homerun, 2 doubles and 7 rbi's and Todd Burger also had 2 hits in the Fox Post win.
Post 28 scored their only run on a sac fly by Tyler Dean.
Delvets - 6, DE Post 1 - 1: Jarad Carney pitched a complete game 3 hitter to pick up the win. Delvets bats were lead by Kyle Menchaca 2 hits including a Home Run, Mike Annone had a double, Greg Miraglia had a big 2 RBI single to put Delvets up for good and Kyle Bacher added a pinch hit RBI double.
Game 1: Post 6 Patriots - 3, R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 2: Taylor Baynum allowed just 2 runs, and scattered 2 hits in a well played game that lasted just 1 hour 40 minutes.
Post 6 scored first in the bottom of the 3rd inning, as Jordan Stanley singled home Nathan Justis and Cane Collins with two outs. Collins also scored the winning run during a double play. Ryan Keffer had the games only double for R.C.
Nolan Magee took the loss, Nick Cooper got a save for Post 6.
Game 2: R.C. DuPont Post 18 - 10, Post 6 Patriots - 6: R.C. Dupont batted around to put up 5 runs in the top of the 2nd Inning to stay out in front of the Post 6 Patriots in the 2nd game of the double header in Seaford Saturday.
Nick True got the win for Post 18, striking out 8, and working out of trouble towards the end of the game.
Post 6 players also committed 6 errors while giving up 7 hits in the game. Shane Ivory had the only extra base hit in the game, a lead off double in the 4th inning. Ryan McCulley took the loss for the Patriots.
