Sunday, June 30, 2013 & Monday, July 1st:
All games rained out.

All this bad weather reminds me of the scene in Patton where, outside Bastogne, the General asks his head Chaplain for a Prayer to stop the bad weather. The Catholic Chaplain, Colonel James H. O’Neill - wrote the following:
Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call upon Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies and establish Thy justice among men and nations. -- http://pattonhq.com/prayer.html
While we don't consider our opponents "enemies" or "wicked" but some of our games might be seen as "battles." In any case, providing dry playing conditions is outside the ability of the Department Baseball Chairman - I suggest you turn to your personal religious leader for help.
